Services Scope

USA Rental Pros provides portable toilet rentals, including standard units, ADA-compliant units meeting ANSI A117.1 clearance and grab-bar specs, luxury restroom trailers, and hand washing stations. We also rent roll-off dumpsters ranging from 10 to 40 cubic yards for construction debris, cleanouts, and event waste. Our services cover delivery, placement, and scheduled servicing typically weekly cleaning for porta potties and drop-and-swap for dumpsters.

Excluded from standard rental agreements are hazardous wastes regulated by the EPA Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), such as tires, batteries, refrigerants, and chemicals. Customers must also obtain any required street-use or right-of-way permits from the Boulder Municipal Public Works Department for dumpsters placed on public roads. For construction sites, OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet per 20 workers; we supply units to meet that ratio. Any service beyond basic delivery and pickup like extra cleanings or overweight dumpster hauling requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

Scheduling And Cancellations

Appointments for delivery, pickup, or service changes are scheduled by phone or online. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for initial delivery to ensure equipment availability and route planning. For cancellations, you must notify us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee. Changes to the scope of service such as increasing the number of units, upgrading to ADA-compliant units, or switching dumpster sizes require approval and may affect pricing.

Service intervals are set at the time of booking (e.g., weekly porta potty cleaning or dumpster swap). If your crew size doubles or debris volume exceeds estimates, contact us to adjust the schedule. Missed service windows due to site access issues or customer delays will be rescheduled as soon as possible. We follow Boulder County Health Department guidelines for minimum portable toilet ratios at temporary events.

Estimates And Payment

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. The quoted price covers standard delivery, rental period, and scheduled service as outlined in the estimate. Payment is due upon delivery or as specified in the invoice; we accept credit cards and checks. If the scope of work changes after the estimate for example, adding extra units, extending the rental period, or exceeding weight limits on dumpsters the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Dumpster rentals include a weight allowance; overages are billed at the per-ton tipping fee set by the local landfill. We do not charge hidden fees, but customers are responsible for any fines or penalties from improper placement or prohibited waste. All prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. For recurring service agreements, payment terms are outlined in the contract and may require a deposit.

Workmanship Warranty

USA Rental Pros warrants that all portable toilets, dumpsters, and related equipment will be delivered clean, functional, and in good working order. If a unit is damaged or fails to operate properly during your rental period, we will replace or service it within 24 hours of notification. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear but does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or customer negligence.

Warranty coverage is void if prohibited items (such as hazardous waste or construction debris exceeding weight limits) are placed in the equipment, or if the customer fails to obtain necessary permits for street placement. We follow industry standards set by the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) for equipment quality and service. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the rented equipment and does not extend to consequential damages.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, USA Rental Pros’ liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental service. We are not liable for damages arising from pre-existing site conditions, such as steep driveways, soft ground, or overhead obstructions that affect equipment placement. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access and for obtaining any required permits from the Boulder Municipal Public Works Department or state DOT for overweight roll-off transport.

We are not liable for injuries or property damage caused by customer misuse, failure to follow loading guidelines, or placement of prohibited waste. OSHA 1926.51 requires one toilet per 20 workers on construction jobsites; we provide units to meet that standard, but the customer must ensure adequate numbers for their crew. Our liability does not cover fines from local health departments or environmental agencies resulting from customer actions. This limitation applies even if we are advised of potential damages.
